Preszler Law Firm Car Accident Scholarship is open to any high school student who has been a victim of an automobile accident and who has sustained injuries from this accident. You must be on track to graduate from high school and plan to enroll in an accredited university degree program in the Fall of 2020 to be considered for this scholarship.
Our selection committee will review all applications and serve as the sole adjudicator in determining the winner of the $2,500 scholarship. All decisions made by the selection committee will be final.
Preszler Law Firm will not be held responsible for any technical issues that interfere with a potential applicant’s ability to apply for this scholarship.
You may be required to submit proof of involvement in an injury-sustaining car accident along with your application. If selected as the winner, you may also be asked to present such documentation as may be necessary to confirm the accuracy and validity of claims made in your essay.
Scholarship applications and any accompanying personal information submitted to Preszler Injury Lawyers will not be shared, sold, or in any other way distributed to the public. All information you provide will be used for the sole purpose of determining the scholarship winner and will not be held by the Preszler Law Firm after the winner is selected.
The scholarship recipient’s name will be subject to public announcement, and he or she will be featured on the Preszler Law Firm website.
Preszler Law Firm will appoint a selection committee which will in turn choose the Car Accident Scholarship winner. In determining the winner, the selection committee will not be influenced by an applicant’s race, gender, sexual orientation or preferences, national origin, disability, or status in any additional legally protected category.
The selection of a winner will be solely based on his or her fulfillment of the application requirements and the selection committee’s consideration of the essays that are submitted.
Notification of Application Status
The selection committee will consider all applications and choose a winner approximately 30 to 60 days after the application deadline. Once this decision is made, all applicants will be given notification of their application status.
