HAMILTON, ON – Authorities were called to a collision early Sunday that blocked a section of eastbound Highway 403 in southwest Hamilton, according to 511ONCentral.
The accident was reported at Highway 6 North, some time before 1:18 a.m., prompting an extended closure of all eastbound lanes in the area.
By 8:54 a.m., more than seven hours after the initial report, officials announced that the scene had been cleared, with all travel lanes restored to traffic.
