
MISSISSAUGA, ON - A vehicle accident caused delays Tuesday afternoon on eastbound Queen Elizabeth Way in the Lorne Park area of Mississauga, according to Trafficnet.ca.
The crash unfolded at Exit 130 to Mississauga Road and was first reported some time before 3:11 p.m.
No information regarding the circumstances of the event has been made available, but the two right eastbound lanes were blocked as a result.
Footage captured at the scene shows at least one fire engine responding. At least two vehicles, including a semi-truck, appear to have been involved, but officials have not confirmed the types of vehicles impacted or whether anyone was seriously hurt. A traffic backup appeared to have formed behind the scene, but motorists were still able to get by using the far left lane.
