TORONTO, ON - A man was killed Wednesday night when he was hit by a vehicle near the Charles Sauriol Conservation Area in Northeast Toronto.
According to a Global News report, the incident took place near the intersection of Wynford Drive and Wynford Heights Crescent at about 7:45 p.m.
First responders rushed the victim to an area hospital in serious condition, where he succumbed to his injuries later on. No further information on his identity is available at this time.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with officers' investigation. It is unclear whether any charges will be filed.
