TORONTO, ON - A pedestrian was killed early Sunday when they were hit by a vehicle while crossing a highway in east Scarborough.
According to CP24, the victim was crossing the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 near Kennedy Road at about 2:15 a.m. when they were hit by an oncoming vehicle.
Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the crash site. No further information on their identity is available at this time.
