TORONTO, ON - A hit-and-run incident unfolded in Greektown on Thursday morning as a car crashed into multiple poles on Danforth Avenue near Carlaw Avenue.
According to City News, emergency crews responded to reports of a single-vehicle collision at about 4:45 a.m. where the vehicle, described as a dark-colored SUV, struck poles and toppled a traffic light at the intersection.
The three adult occupants, two males and a female, all dressed in black, fled the scene after the crash. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as the occupants left the area.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation as authorities are actively searching for the individuals involved in the hit-and-run.
