TORONTO, ON - Authorities responded to a truck accident Thursday morning on Millwood Road in Toronto's East York district, according to Toronto Police Operations.
The accident occurred at the intersection with Redway Road, under the northbound and southbound railway tracks, just before 7:30 a.m.
Very few details have been disclosed, but an early investigation indicates a truck was traveling northbound on Millwood Road when it became involved in a crash. The truck was reportedly stuck under the nearby bridge, reducing northbound Millwood Road to a single lane.
Motorists were warned of delays in the area as crews worked to remove the vehicle.
It's unclear whether anyone was seriously injured or had to be taken to a hospital.
