
TORONTO, ON - An elderly woman was rushed to the hospital after she was hit by a box truck while crossing the street in midtown Toronto on Tuesday morning.
According to
CTV News, the woman was crossing Soudan Avenue at the intersection with Yonge Street at about 10:25 a.m when she was hit by the truck as it turned left.
The victim, an unidentified 75-year-old woman, was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. No updates on her condition have been released at this time.
