Rajwant (Reagan) Singh Bamel joined the Preszler team in September 2025 and practices as a Counsel to the firm. His practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls/occupiers’ liability, disability claims, and sexual abuse claims. He has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts and various tribunals. Before joining Preszler Injury Lawyers, he was a Partner at a boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm where he had a track record of successful outcomes for his clients, either through early resolution or taking the case to trial.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree in 2014 and was called to the Bar in the same year (Ontario-2020). In 2018, he completed his Master of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was actively involved in volunteer initiatives with Pro Bono Students Canada and Legal Aid Ontario, promoting access to justice. To complement this experience, he articled and later worked at a boutique personal injury law firm in Toronto that helped him develop a tailored approach that fits the needs of individual clients.
Reagan has earned a stellar reputation amongst peers and adversaries alike due to his dedication, professionalism, reasoned approach, and ability to present compelling arguments in court to seek justice for his clients.
Volunteering is an important part of his life. Reagan is an engaged member of the York Region community and has the honour and privilege to serve on the Board of Directors at Addiction Services Central Ontario.
