Since 1959, the Preszler Law Firm has successfully prosecuted thousands of personal injury cases. Our firm recognizes that our exceptional lawyers and legal support staff are our greatest assets.
Preszler was founded on – and continues to stand on – a strong commitment to teamwork, diversity, and the professional and personal development of all our legal professionals.
It is this commitment that makes such a significant difference for our clients and sets us apart from other firms.
We are always on the lookout for talented individuals interested in the law to join our team. We currently have openings for personal injury lawyers, paralegals, legal secretaries and receptionists, and interns.
Personal Injury Lawyers
Our premier personal injury law firm is looking for exceptional litigation trial lawyers. Qualified candidates need to have the ability to analyze, develop a successful strategy for our clients, and negotiate injury cases all the way through trial.
Lawyers should be assertive, organized, and self-motivated. They should also have excellent communication and solid negotiating skills.
The ideal paralegal candidates will have legal experience and strong knowledge of personal injury law and accident benefits. Paralegals are responsible for assisting in all areas of litigation preparation, including managing cases, pre-hearings, scheduling and preparing examinations under oath, meetings, and other events.
Qualified candidates will have the ability to balance demands and prioritize, are detail driven, and excel at multi-tasking and working well under pressure.
Our legal secretaries and receptionists are the vanguard for our clients. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to multi-task and possess excellent time management skills.
Some of the duties our legal secretaries are responsible for include providing administrative support, greeting and screening clients, preparing legal documents and correspondence, and receiving and relaying telephone messages and notes.
Interns will work closely with our personal injury lawyers and will be responsible for both legal and administrative tasks.
Interns assist our lawyers in case preparation by assisting in client intake, research, preparing discovery, locating and interviewing witnesses, and maintaining case files. Our interns also help by preparing case folders, documents, trial binders, and phone calls.
