Ovidiu is a senior paralegal at Preszler Injury Lawyers and provides legal services related to Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule. He handles complex cases ranging from soft tissue injuries to severe injuries from start to finish.
Throughout the years, Ovidiu developed extensive knowledge of the regulations under the Insurance Act applicable in Ontario such as Ontario Regulation 403/96 and Ontario Regulation 34/10. Ovidiu handles various mediations, pre-hearings and hearings at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, ADR Chambers and as of April 1, 2016 at the Licensing Appeal Tribunal. Given his experience, he has established proficiency with respect to catastrophic matters and is often seen assisting the lawyers at the firm.
