Statutory Accident Benefits in Ontario
If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle accident in Ontario, you may be entitled to compensation through your auto insurance policy’s Statutory Accident Benefits (SABS). These benefits are available to accident victims regardless of who was at fault for the collision.
