Filipe Santos
Personal Injury Lawyer
Filipe completed his B.A. at the University of Toronto and his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. While there, he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to provide legal assistance to community members in North York. Since being called to the Ontario bar in 2021, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, helping his clients obtain justice in a wide variety of cases litigated in administrative tribunals, small claims courtrooms, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Gaining experience on both sides of personal injury and insurance disputes has provided Filipe with a broad knowledge base and key strategic insights. Today, he advocates solely for plaintiffs in cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents to slip and fall actions to long-term disability claims. He enjoys putting his skills to work for his clients, fighting hard with the goal of achieving fair compensation in a timely manner.
Filipe has sung at Massey Hall and Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto. Outside the office, he enjoys playing music, practising his French, and catching up on his reading.
