TORONTO, ON - A pedestrian accident near a school in north Toronto left a child seriously injured on Tuesday morning, according to Global News.
Police say the child was walking in the area of Sentinel Road and Derrydown Road, which is just outside of St. Wilfrid Catholic School, when they were hit at about 8:37 a.m.
The victim was rushed to a local trauma center in serious condition; however, sources say his injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
