I would like to extend a sincere thank you for your assistance
regarding legal issues I came to you with. Your knowledge
and expertise led to a successful outcome and settlement.
You informed me from the start that my case was going to be
or could be a difficult case to dispute and I appreciated
your "up front" approach from the very beginning. I was never
led to believe that the outcome would definitely be favorable
to me.
I was very impressed with your timely action and "no nonsense"
approach. I also appreciated your description of legal issues
in "laymen's" terms so I was better able to understand
and make informed decisions. I also feel your approach saved
me many dollars in legal fee's which would have continued
to accumulate if the dispute had dragged on, which was a possibility.
I am aware that many lawyer's charge their client's
for unnecessary letter writing, phone calls, photocopying,
etc. and it is nice to know that this is something you do
not believe in unless absolutely necessary.
Although my claim was not a big claim compared to other client's
you assist, I feel you took the time to do your best, working
on weekends and phoning me personally at home while you were
working on my file. Your attention in this way made me feel
that my complaint was just as important to you as it was to
me.
You took the time and interest to explain the "law" which
gave me the ability to make informed decisions regarding my
file. Other lawyer's I have had contact with do not take
the time to do so and I believe, because client's who
don't have a legal background, come away feeling very
intimidated by the entire process, however, I never felt this
way while you were handling my file.
You were also very generous when my file came to a close with
regard to the retainer and again I believe this reflects the
manner in which you deal with people. I believe you look at
each file as the client would, not in terms of profit but
in terms of how the client you are representing feels.
I feel you went out of your way to assist me, especially during
this very stressful period and I would recommend you to anyone
needing your expertise.
I would also like to say thank you to your staff. My calls
and questions were always answered respectfully and in a timely
manner.
