Personal Injury Lawyer

Before joining Preszler Law, Seth practiced at a prominent, national insurance defence firm for nearly seven years. After defending insurance companies, Seth decided to join Preszler Law to represent injured individuals. Seth appreciates that insurance companies strive to minimize compensation because they view injuries as liabilities. He has intimate knowledge of how insurance companies evaluate, assess and settle injury claims. Seth uses his background and experience to see both sides of the argument, a crucial skill that helps him recover fair compensation for your injury.

Many accidents are life changing events. Seth believes that it is important that you have the appropriate advocate that understands the human element of your claim. Since 2017 Seth has been with Preszler Law and appreciated the opportunity to help people from all walks of life and seek justice for those that have been wronged.

Seth grew up in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of British Columbia. After completing his first degree, Seth spent two years teaching English in Taiwan. Next he went to Hungary and obtained a Master of Arts in Human Rights Law at Central European University. Seth then returned to Vancouver and obtained his Juris Doctorate at the University of British Columbia. Seth’s travels and diverse experiences allow him to bring a common sense approach to his law practice.
