Anthony is a personal injury lawyer at Preszler Law Firm.
Born into a family of Polish immigrants in Mississauga, Ontario, Anthony discovered his passion for law and justice at an early age. He studied business law at Carleton University before earning his master’s degree from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy. He later completed his law degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he spent his final semester providing legal support to marginalized communities and people in crisis through Dalhousie’s Legal Aid Service.
Anthony’s legal practice is dedicated to empowering vulnerable people and injured plaintiffs to pursue civil claims for damages arising from sexual violence and institutional wrongdoing. He brings a compassionate and trauma-informed approach to his practice, appearing regularly in the Supreme Court of British Columbia to ensure that his clients’ stories are told with dignity and legal precision. He offers respectful and confidential legal representation to people seeking justice and healing.
