Russ Howe Continues His Plaintiff Personal Injury Practice With Preszler Injury Lawyers
Russ Howe, lawyer and co-author of “Hope and Help for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia,” is pleased to announce he is continuing his disability and insurance practice with Preszler Injury Lawyers.
The former president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Russ, sat on the organization’s board of directors for a number of years. This body of over 1000 personal injury lawyers works at the political level to maintain the rights of the negligently injured against the special interests of the insurance industry. The OTLA is also dedicated to educating its members in order to keep them at the forefront of medical and legal knowledge. As a leading member of the association, Russ has had the privilege of helping to train many young lawyers to be more effective advocates for plaintiffs.
Russ Brings Nearly 30 Years Of Experience To Preszler Injury Lawyers
Russ has conducted trials, appeals, and tribunal hearings for his clients at every court level in Ontario. He handles complex personal injury claims, with particular focus on product liability, sexual assault, and disability claims. Over his nearly 30-year career, Russ has fearlessly fought for the rights of victims, consistently delivering outstanding results.
Beyond conducting trials, appeals, and other hearings at every level of court in Ontario, Russ is an educator on numerous legal issues. He is a highly sought-after speaker across Canada and the United States, providing educational seminars for lawyers, doctors, politicians, and patient groups on a pro bono basis.
An Accomplished Author Of Legal And Medical Texts
Additionally, Russ has published widely, both inside the legal field and in the popular press. In collaboration with Dr. Alison Bested, Russ co-authored the medical text, “Hope and Help for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.” He has also published multiple magazine articles and papers in legal and scholarly journals on topics related to all types of personal injury litigation.
Getting To Know Russ Howe
Russ is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates Society, a former State Delegate to the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations, and other advocacy groups.
When not working, Russ enjoys a multitude of sports, including tennis, curling, and soccer. Russ is also very active in many charitable interests, focusing his efforts on helping children in Eastern and Southern Africa.
