Azka brings more than a decade of civil litigation experience to Preszler Injury Lawyers, with a practice focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury and insurance disputes.

Azka has extensive experience managing complex litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability and product liability. She has guided cases through all stages of the litigation process, from initial assessment and investigation to negotiation, mediation, and trial. She also regularly handles historical abuse claims.

Azka takes a thorough and strategic approach to litigation. She recognizes the importance of developing strong evidence, understanding the long-term consequences of an injury, and pursuing compensation that reflects the full extent of her clients’ losses.

Azka is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and the Canadian Bar Association.
