Daniel’s practice is dedicated to recovering compensation for victims of sexual abuse, personal injuries, and denials of long-term disability benefits. He was called to the bar of Ontario in 2013, after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012.
Daniel spent the first ten years of his career with a prominent insurance defence firm in downtown Toronto. He has defended complex negligence claims against large corporations, public school boards, and the Government of Ontario, as well as professional negligence claims against lawyers, teachers, engineers, and medical professionals. Daniel’s prior experience acting for insurance companies provides him with excellent insight into the civil litigation process while acting on behalf of injured people and their families.
Daniel is bilingual, with French being a heritage language. He has successfully represented clients both in English and in French. Daniel has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario.
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time by the water.
