Prior to joining Preszler Injury Lawyers, John represented large insurance companies for several years. He is one of the senior lawyers at Preszler Injury Lawyers, having started with the firm in 2012. He has transferred the skills he learned while working for insurance companies into a successful, thriving personal injury practice. The inside knowledge he gained while working for insurance companies has helped him become a highly effective advocate for his clients. John can quickly assess a personal injury claim and knows how the insurance company will respond.
John’s practice focuses on high-exposure, complex claims involving motor vehicle accidents, statutory accident benefits, slip and falls, and product liability. He has a particular specialization and passion for long-term disability benefit denials.
Since becoming a personal injury lawyer, John no longer represents insurance companies; he represents people. John prides himself on helping his clients get justice and excellent results. He always makes himself available to his clients and is responsive to their needs. The aftermath of a personal injury accident is stressful, and the uncertainty can be frightening. John makes sure the process is as seamless and as easy as possible.
He has a wide array of experience, including successful trials, appearances at the Licence Appeals Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He puts this experience to work for his clients to get them the best possible results.
