Seth joined Preszler Law after practicing at an insurance defence firm for several years.  After defending insurance companies, he prefers representing injured individuals to ensure that they receive fair compensation.  Seth uses his background to his clients’ advantage to recover against insurance companies.

Seth was born and raised in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.  He has obtained the following degrees:

• Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of British Columbia in 2002;
• Master of Arts in Human Rights Law at Central European University in Hungary in 2005; and
• Juris Doctorate at the University of British Columbia in 2009.

Seth has a wide range of experiences having travelled extensively, which assists him in taking a practical approach to the practice of law.

When he is not practicing law, Seth enjoys playing sports and raising his young daughter Halima.
