Daniel Winks
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Daniel migrated west in 1998. Before settling in Vancouver, Daniel had a two-year stint in Calgary where he worked in the oil and gas industry to save enough money for his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia (UBC).
Daniel graduated from the Faculty of Arts at UBC in 2004 and went on to complete his Juris Doctor in 2009 also at UBC.
Daniel enjoys the fighting the good fight for his clients and takes pride in the successes he has achieved. Daniel routinely attends various court hearings to advance his clients’ rights and strives to provide the justice deserved to those he serves.
Daniel welcomes the challenges each client’s case presents and communicates effectively so the client is well-advised throughout.
When not engaging the practice of law, Daniel enjoys camping, hiking and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
