Kyle joined Preszler Injury Lawyers as an Associate upon his call to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Previously, Kyle was with the firm as an articling student. Kyle completed his undergraduate degree in 2015 at Wilfrid Laurier University, obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Kyle attended Osgoode Hall Law School, where he graduated in 2018.
Kyle has experience dealing with files involving motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability, long-term disability and dog-bites. Kyle has appeared successfully on a range of matters at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.
Kyle believes that developing a strong client relationship from the outset of the claim is essential and passionately advocates for all of his clients.
Outside the office, Kyle enjoys hockey, golfing and rock climbing.
